Returns & Refunds

Authenticity guarantee

We sell 100% authentic moissanite, and every piece is checked with a diamond tester. We encourage you to test your jewelry yourself. If a diamond tester shows your piece isn't moissanite and you send us proof (a photo or video of the test), we'll give you a free return and a full refund.

All other orders

Orders that don't fall under the authenticity guarantee can still be refunded, but 10% is taken off the refund.

How to start a claim
